My lower left lip has some sort of paralysis. I have almost no mobility with my lower left lip. It’s not very noticeable, except when I smile really big or move my mouth a lot when I talk. Because of this I can’t really smile showing my teeth.
My mom told me it was nerve damage from being in the womb, but I have full feeling in my lip, I just can’t move it much.
are there any procedures that can correct residual crooked smile from bells palsy?
Im 25 wks pregnant and ive been diagnosed with Bells palsy my doctor said it was sometimes common in pregnant women but i dont know anyone pregnant women with it
It is NOT Bell’s Palsy. My lip looks fine when my face is relaxed, it is not drooped or crooked in any way. However, when I talk my mouth is crooked. My mom says my lower lip had nerve damage when I was in the womb, however I have no numbness or loss of sensation.
Is this something I can fix with surgery or mouth exercises, or is it permanent?
several day,s after tooth filling my face became paralyzed on the same side. Both the Dr. and dentist said it was bells palsy, but could it be nerve damage from the tooth filling?
