Well first off, about 5 days ago or longer, I had a partial sore throat that really hurt, and went away quickly. It came back a da later and went back away. Then I started have sever ear pain, then I had cloudy hearing and everything was kind of loud and at a distance. Then my jaw started hurting really bad, very little clicking or crunching, and sharp sporadic pains on my left side of my face. It made me dizzy, and overall not well. Now my tongue has been completely numb for two days and it sucks. I can’t taste food in my mouth, but I know it is there from pressure. It does hurt more to lay down. I was told that I had Bell’s Palsy, but do not believe that is the case. I show minor symptoms of that illness, and overall think it has to be something else. Has anyone ever experienced the same thing of something similar?

Angina Information

I’ve had it about a week now…. Schools about to start. What do I do to make my face work again… and how do I stop the ear pain?
The doctor said it’s a temporary sickness that completely paralyzes half your face…. so i can’t blink, smile flare my nostrils or raise my eyebrows. It’s a nightmare…. =(
Also…. when it goes away, how can I prevent it?
You guys are so nice…. The doctor gave me steroids.. I don’t take them though because I know God will heal me .

Sleep Optimization Program.

A person I know had a scary thing happen. Her ears popped and got “stuck” kind of (like in an airplane) with severe ear pain. Then we noticed that her face was droopy and it got progressively worse. She went to the hospital and before she got in her ears popped and the droopiness stopped. She opted not to go in the hospital.

Is this characteristic of Bell’s Palsy or could it be something else. She has had a sinus infection of sort in the last couple weeks.
