I just had a pretty girl walk by me and smile….and I gave her my creepy Bell’s Palsy smile…ughh…
When am I gonna be normal again??? I can eat pretty well and taste food, but my smile is still crooked…I can close my eye voluntarily, but not all the way..finally, I can kinda move my eyebrow up, a tiny bit…

I had Bell’s Palsy about 6 months ago…now for the last week, the same eye started to twitch again. It comes and goes but it’s quite frequent. The twitches are driving me crazy! I hope the Bell’s Palsy isn’t coming back! I don’t have any pain behind the ear though. What’s happening?

At what age and how long did it last for?
If it went away, did it come back or any signs of it coming back?
I had it when I was I was about 10 or 11. (I’m 19 now) It came out of NOWHERE. I had it for about 6 months, went to neuologists, they put me on Prednazone and then one day, it just went away. I lost all feeling in the right side of my face when I had it, and the only thing I have left from it is my right eye is a little weak. It closes more than my left eye when I talk. It’s embarassing and I’m just scared the virus will come back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.. no websites, I’ve looked at all of them. I would like personal experience.

my face is more simetrical but when i smile you can still see that something is wrong with my face, but i can close both my eyes really good.
my husband has broken out with pimples on his back, face, and neck,as he has completed a predisone series?

He has Bell’s Palsy. That is why the doctor perscribed this medication. Are these pimples normal?

Do I need to message her face or do any at home treatment? Her doctor says no, but I have heard otherwise. I am worried sick about her little face, I know I should be thankful it is not a terminal illness. Can anybody give us any suggestions?
