Diabetes is a disease caused when the pancreas ceases function. Cushings syndrome is caused when the adrenal glands misfunction. Bell’s palsy is a nerve infection of the facial muscles and Agromegaly is a growth misfunction believed to be caused by the pituitary gland. So, if the injury was to the pancreas, diabetes MAY develop.
